Yes. Where TeamViewer charges per device or per seat, our Business plan covers up to 500 devices with unlimited team members, so adding technicians never changes the bill.

It includes SSO Connect for passwordless device access, team invites that deploy to hundreds of devices from a single link, instant access revocation when you deactivate an account, granular roles and device policies, compliance readiness tracking, built-in ticketing, advanced analytics with an audit trail and CSV export, and API access.

Single Sign-On (SSO) dashboard login lets your team members log into Dashboard Pro using your company's existing identity provider. No separate passwords needed. Available on both Pro and Business plans.

How it works:

1. Your IT admin configures SSO in Dashboard Pro Settings with your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, or any OIDC-compatible provider)
2. Team members enter their work email and click the SSO button
3. They're redirected to your company's login page to authenticate
4. After successful authentication, they're automatically logged into Dashboard Pro

Supported providers: Okta, Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID), Google Workspace, and any OIDC-compatible identity provider.

SSO Connect is a Business-only feature that lets you connect to remote devices without entering a password.

How it works:

1. Enable SSO in Settings to get your personal SSO code
2. Create a "Team Invite" to deploy devices with SSO enabled
3. Click "Connect" on any SSO-enabled device
4. Your SSO code is validated automatically, no password needed!
