Sign up for the free HopToDesk Dashboard and you get a platform built for professionals: fleet monitoring, unattended access, team roles, custom-branded clients, and remote command execution, from a handful of devices to thousands. MSPs can isolate each client in its own tenant with white-label branding and per-client usage reports, and import device lists straight from TeamViewer or AnyDesk to switch in an afternoon.

Yes. From the Dashboard you get real-time device status, resource and uptime metrics, offline alerts, software inventory, and remote command execution across your fleet, with AI agents and MCP for automation. It is a real monitoring and management layer, not just a list of connections.

HopToDesk runs on infrastructure certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, and all connections are end-to-end encrypted. We provide a data-protection page and a Data Processing Agreement for EU and UK customers on request. HopToDesk does not yet hold its own independent SOC 2 or ISO certification. On Windows devices, most admin tasks during a session, including sending Ctrl+Alt+Del to secure-desktop dialogs, dismissing UAC prompts, and managing programs running with elevated permissions, also work in portable mode by selecting Request Elevation from the connection's Actions menu. You can supply admin credentials remotely if the person at the computer doesn't have them. Installing HopToDesk is only required if you want it to run automatically at startup as a background service and accept connections before anyone has logged in (pre-logon access or unattended access across reboots).
