1. Install the free HopToDesk client on the machines you already reach with TeamViewer. It runs portable, so you can trial it without uninstalling anything.
2. Create a free Dashboard account and add your first three devices at no cost to see the monitoring and ticket views against real machines.
3. Deploy across the rest of the fleet with GPO, Intune, SCCM, Jamf or Ansible, or with a custom-branded client carrying your own name and logo.
4. Move your team over once the device list looks right. Roles, invites and SSO are configured from the Dashboard.
